All service(s) cost and rates are all inclusive.

It is the client(s) repsonsibility to ensure that thorough and adequate information is given to the company and its represenatives so that they meet all professional and quality standards effectively and effeciently.

Remmogo Concepts and Business Essentials will not be held responsible on any errors once client(s) approve all projects.

All the advertised material on the website and social media are bound by the special duration in their own outlined terms.

All design services include 3x drafts and 3x design revisions, unless stated otherwise in written form

The client(s) co-ooperation will define the project time frame(s) and completion dates.

All artworks, content and products remain a copyright of Remmogo Infinite Concepts (Pty) Ltd including designs, concepts, ideas, images, illustration, domain names and hosting services until all quoted and invoiced amounts are paid and fully settled by clients. Digital supplies of artworks via jpeg, png , pdf or selected choice of document export will also be provided to clients after all payments have been settled. For open files such as; ai, psd and etc the transfer to clients shall strictly be set upon a specific fee depending on the file type required.

All photography and videography service(s) are strictly non-refundable.

A non-refundable holding/booking Fee of 50% (fifty percent) of the total quote (excluding overtime and travel expenses) is required for all photography and videography services. The company will only reserve the event date upon receipt of this payment. It is the Client’s duty to ensure that proof of payment is supplied and that the date is confirmed to be reserved by Remmogo Concepts and Business Essentials.

Final Instalment: All due and payable amounts must be settled in full within 7 (seven) days before the event

Additional costs of services, amendments, changes and any other related fees will be added to the final account once it becomes relevant and may therefore not reflect in the original quote/invoice.

The Client must obtain the necessary permission, clearance, access to, entrance, and/or admission that may be required to film the event. This includes the payment of entrance fees.

No new or additional requests or amendments will be accepted within 7 (seven) working days before the event. Only requests confirmed by Remmogo Concepts and Business Essentials 7 (seven) days prior to the event will be taken into consideration during the filming and post-production of the product. It is the Client’s duty to ensure that all requests are communicated and confirmed by the company or representative.

Any additional hour/s of filming requested by the Client on the day itself that exceeds the hours of coverage already agreed upon will be charged at an agreeable hourly rate between the two parties.

The completion period of the final product will be approximately 12 (twelve) weeks. This merely serves as a guideline due to the completion period being dependent on the Client’s cooperativeness.

In the case of the estimated time of completion exceed 12 (twelve) weeks for whatever reason the Client will be informed and provided with the new estimated time of completion. Remmogo Concepts and Busiiness Essentials hereby undertakes to act within the best of their abilities to complete the final product as soon as reasonably possible within the estimated completion period subject to the receipt of all the requested documentation (music selection, changes form etc.) from the Client.

- All business administration services are strictly non-refundable and a full payment of all service(s) costs is required before any services are rendered.

- It is the clients responsibility to ensure that all application(s) submitted are within the window period of acceptance by the organisations in which the documents will be sent

- All information provided by the client(s) to our representatives or staff will be deemed correct upon provision, it is the client responsibility to ensure all information is true and correct during the consultation process with the company and it's staff

- Please ensure that all documents requiring commissioner of oaths stamp(s) fall under the 3 (three) months validity period.

On every project, service or product required, Remmogo Infinite Concepts (Pty) Ltd will provide a written estimate and quotation for all costs and payments needed to client. Upon agreement of the written quotation either via email, website, whatsapp and social media a non-refundable 50% payment is will be due which serves as acceptance of services to be rendered and terms stipulated in this page, either or any other company documents and digital measures. Thereafter the final non-refundable 50% (fifty) percent will be required before any performance, release or transfer of video contents, images, artworks will be done.

For all completed and fully payed products and services rendered, the client will receive an invoice confirming the settlement of account via email and other digital platforms.

For all outstanding payments an invoice will be sent confirming all balances due. All payments are to be settled within a (30) Thirty day period from the date of invoice issued. Should the client not be able to settle the account within that specific period. A payment arrangement agreement can be established for only a period of (3)Three months only with an interest surcharge of 15% per month. Should the client not arrange a payment plan or settle the outstanding balance within the above mentioned period(s) an additional 20% of administrative and non-payment interest will shall be charged on the principla debt amount, with another 15% interest monthly on the balance due until the account is in a default period.

Additional Services

All other services setting outside the quoted items, will incurr addtitional services fees.

An unpaid account over a period of (30) Thirty Days once all invoices and payment reminders are sent or with no payment agreement reached becomes a default account within a ninety(90) day period. Remmogo Infinite Concepts (Pty} Ltd will remove, storage and data relating to the default clients projects, artworks and designs from all our systems, once all items and data is removed the client will still be liable to pay all amounts due and also be responsible for legal and third party collection agency fees .

All information communicated between the Remmogo Concepts and Business Essentials and the Client is strictly confidential and will not be disclosed by either party.

The company reserves the right to select the designers, developers, camera operators, sales and marketing officers, business consultatnts and legal representatives, for the Client’s event or project, which is not subject to the Client’s choice or approval.

Remmogo Concepts and Business Essentials reserves the right to cancel any of its Agreement at any time during any project in the following instances:

Should the Client cancel any service offering less than 30 (thirty)days period of project implementation the full amount is due and payable.

Force Majeure such as pandemics or epidemics as well as any state of disasters will not make this contract or any terms and conditions void.

All Services under this agreement are in a professional, workmanship manner, consistent with industry standards and are strictly non-refundable once rendered.

Remmogo Concepts holds no warranties whatsoever on all our products and service related items it offers. We will not be held accountable for any unautorised access to, or alteration, theft or desctruction of, the website data or files, programs or informationd through,loss, damage and fraudulent means or devices.

We hold strong value in working together with our clients to reach their expectations. All services rendered by Remmogo Concepts are of a proposal or draft manner, therefore no decisions shall be made without the clients consent or approval. All designs subject to a step by step approval process which is bound by the 3 revision round rule.

The client is given an opportunity to give feedback, amendments or suggestions on all designs and artworks proposed. The client is subject to approve of the changes within the estimated time frame or revision round quoted. All revision rounds on all design artworks are limited to three times there after further costs will be incurred. Remmogo Concepts hold no responsibility whatsoever on all services and products that are amended by third parties before of after the projects are published and finalised.

Remmogo Concepts is not held liable and responsible for the backup of data supplied to clients.

However we can arrange a backup system for the clients if requested at an additional fee.

Remmogo Concepts reserves the right to use the digital format of all completed designs for marketing and promotional purposes on our webiste, social media platforms and where best suitable for its need, if a client feels than otherwise stated. A written reason should be given subject which will be subject to our own terms.
